FAQ

Questions About Visiting Trinity

Is there any obligation when I book a visit?
None whatsoever. A visit is simply an opportunity to come and see the setting, meet our team, and ask questions. There is no pressure to register or make any decision on the day, or ever.
Can I bring my child to the visit?
Yes, we actively encourage it. Seeing your child's reaction to the space and the team is often the most important part of the decision. Children are very welcome at all visits.
How long does a visit take?
A typical visit takes around 20 to 30 minutes. We show you around the setting, introduce you to the team, and answer your questions at your own pace. You're welcome to stay longer.
What should I bring?
Nothing is required. If you have a list of questions, feel free to bring it, but come empty-handed if you prefer. If you have a funded hours code, you can bring that too, but there's no pressure to have anything ready.
Can I visit while children are in a session?
Yes, where possible, we arrange visits during live sessions so you can see the setting as it really is. We'll confirm the timing when we arrange your visit.
What happens after the visit?
After your visit, there's no pressure at all. If you'd like to proceed, we'll send you our registration form and guide you through the next steps. If you'd like more time to think, that's completely fine too, we'll be here when you're ready.
