Our Leadership Team
Trinity Playcentre is led by practitioners with exceptional qualifications and a shared commitment to every child in our care.
"I love, love working with children, parents and families. It's amazing when you get to see the growth and development over time, the sheer joy and confidence each child exuberates when they can achieve 'something'. Or the unspoken pleasure from parents seeing their child happy, mastering milestones, becoming independent. I say it is priceless."
Maria manages day-to-day operations at Trinity Playcentre, ensuring every session runs smoothly and every family receives the support they need. As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, she maintains the highest standards of child welfare across the setting.
Bianca supports the management team and the practitioners in delivering high-quality EYFS learning every day. Her warmth and dedication make her a key point of reassurance for families settling their children into Trinity for the first time.
Our Early Years Practitioners
Our full team of 8 staff are all DBS-checked, paediatric first aid trained, and hold Level 2 or above early years qualifications. We are adding individual profiles here shortly.
Our Commitment to Every Child
A Truly Inclusive Team
Our team speaks English, Yoruba, and Romanian, reflecting the diverse community we serve. Every family is welcome, and we work hard to make every parent and child feel genuinely at home.
Exceptional Qualifications
Our Managing Director holds an M.Ed, PGCE, and B.Ed (Hons) in Early Years, credentials that place Trinity's leadership at the very top of the sector. Every practitioner holds Level 2 or above.
Partnership with Families
We work alongside parents, not around them. Daily updates via the Blossom app, open-door communication, and regular reviews keep you fully involved in your child's progress.
Long-Term Thinking
We don't just get children through the day, we build the foundations that stay with them for life. Every activity, every conversation, every relationship is part of that journey.
